The design development process addresses the functional aspects of the brief and visual concept of the design. By producing 3D conceptual sketches, concept images and presentation of physical materials, we uncover the true character of the project, explore on all of the unique aspects and enable our clients to comprehend each proposed design detail.
Here at RAND HAL’s Studio, we understand the importance of spatial awareness and operational requirements of different spaces, as well as how the layout of an interior can influence the spatial experience of the individuals inhibiting the space. With our superior knowledge of space planning, joinery construction techniques and specific interior detailing, we also ensure that each project is always excellently documented.
We want to make sure that our clients’ objectives are truly accomplished in the highest standard possible. Our Project Management services will be available for you upon request, and will include regular site visits and supervisions, project programming, assisting with cost management, trade affiliation, as well as on site quality assessment of works and defects inspections.
We intend to create a truly unique interior that is accentuated throughout the detailed styling of each project, complementing the clients’ existing pieces and reflecting well on the client’s personality.
